Leora Pratt Levin
V P & Legal Counsel |
Ms. Pratt Levin has been with the Delek Group since 1999 serving as Legal Counsel for the Delek Real Estate Group and other subsidiaries. Ms. Pratt Levin previously served as legal counsel for the Tshuva Group.
Ms. Pratt Levin holds a B.A. in Political Science from Tel Aviv University and an LLB from the University of Reading. Member of the Israel Bar Association since 1991. |

Dalia Black
Head of Investor Relations |
Ms. Black previously held the position of Associate and Investor Relations for the venture lending fund, Plenus, part of the leading Israeli private equity group, Viola (2002-2005). Prior to joining Plenus, Ms. Black was a Strategic Consultant for technology companies at Accenture, UK (1999-2002).
Ms. Black holds a BA degree in Economics & Politics from the University of Leeds, UK. |

Michael Grinberg
Director of Internal Audit |
Mr Grinberg is the Director of Internal Audit for Delek Group and the majority of its subsidiary companies. Previously, for a period of over six year, Mr Grinberg was the Internal Auditor for Delek Investment and Properties and its subsidiary companies.
Mr. Grinberg holds an Economics and Accounting degree from Tel Aviv University and is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Israel. |

Barak Mashraki
CFO |
Mr. Mashraki, has served as the Group's controller working closely with the Company's management team and portfolio companies. Mr. Mashraki is a Director on the Board of a number of Delek Group subsidiaries. Previously Mr. Mashraki served as Senior Manager 7 years with Ernst and Young, Israel.
Mr. Mashraki holds a Economics and Accounting degree from Bar Ilan University, Israel and is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Israel. |

Amir Lang
Head of Business Development, Mergers & Acquisitions |
Mr. Lang previously held the position of Executive Associate to the CEO & President of the Delek Group (2005-2007). Prior to joining Delek Group, Mr. Lang was a Junior Associate at Gornitzky & Co. Law Firm (2003-2004) and a Senior Account Manager in Publicis Dialog (Super Push) Marketing Systems Management Ltd.
Mr. Lang is currently completing his Executive MBA at Kellogg School of Management Northwestern University and Recanati Business School, Tel Aviv University. Mr. Lang holds a LL.B. and LL.M. in Law from Tel Aviv University, Israel. Mr. Lang is licensed as a Certified Attorney in Israel. |

Ido Adar
Treasurer |
Mr. Adar has been the Treasurer of Delek Group and a number of its subsidiaries since 2004. Previously, Mr. Adar was the Treasurer of Delek the Israel Fuel Corp. for around 10 years.
Mr. Adar holds a B.A. in Economics and M.B.A. degree both from Tel Aviv University. |
