Gabriel Last

Mr. Last was previously CEO of Delek Group Ltd. (2001-03). Between 1998-2001 Mr. Last was the Managing Director of Israeli Society of Insurance Companies and of Israeli Association of Life Insurance Companies Ltd. Previously Mr. Last served as Vice Inspector General, Israeli Police Force (1996-98).
Mr. Last is the Chairman of Delek Group, Delek Petroleum, Delek Energy, Delek Motors, Delek Motor Systems, Delek Infrastructures, Delek Properties & Investments and the Delek Fund for Education and Culture. Mr. Last is also a Director of a number of the Group's subsidiaries and affiliates. |

Avi Harel

Mr. Harel was until recently the Chief Financial Officer of Bank Hapoalim. Previously he held a number of positions as a member of the Board of Management of Bank Hapoalim. In addition, Mr. Harel was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank Otsar Hahayal and Poalim Capital Markets. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange and Maalot – the Israeli rating company. Mr. Harel lectured for many years at the Department of Economics of Tel Aviv University.
Today Mr. Harel is a member of the Board of Directors of several companies (including banks) in and outside of Israel. |

Mr. Amit served as Managing Director and Vice Chairman of Bank Hapoalim. Mr Amit is also a board member for Isracard, St. Lawrence Bank (Barbados), Poalim Capital Markets, Tempo Beer Industries, Blue Square Properties & investments and Global Factoring Ltd.

Yoseph Dauber

Mr Dauber held various managerial positions in Bank Hapoalim (1973-2002), where his last position was joint General Manager and Vice Chairman of the Board of Management. 2002-2003, Mr Dauber was Chairman of Maritime Bank of Israel, 2003-2008 Mr Dauber served as a Director of the Board of Bank Hapoalim.
Mr Dauber holds a BA in economics and statistics, a Diploma in Business Administration both from Hebrew University, Jerusalem and a MA in Law, Bar Ilan University, Tel Aviv. |

Mazal Bronstain - Maman

Ms. Bronstein is involved in the promotion of real estate projects in Israel. Previously Ms. Bronstein managed projects in planning and design of neighborhoods from a educational, cultural and physical perspective, for the Ministry of Building. Ms. Bronstein also managed the project of transferal of immigrant families from the transit camps into permanent lodging. Director and Partner (40%) of the retirement home Bet Shacham Ltd. (Zichron Yaakov).

Prof. Ben-Zion Zilberfarb

Professor Zilberfarb is a former Director General of the Ministry of Finance, Government of Israel. Professor Zilberfarb is currently Edmond de Rothschild Professor of Global asset Management and Dean of the School of Banking and Capital Markets at Netanya Academic College. He Served as Dean of the Social Sciences Faculty and as Chairman of the A. Meir Center for Banking at Bar-Ilan University.
Professor Zilberfarb has sat on various Boards of Directors of companies traded on the Israeli stock exchange and on NASDAQ. He has also been an advisor to many financial institutions Inc. |
