Refining, wholesale marketing fuel distribution operations in the United States are operated by  Delek US Holdings, Inc ("Delek US"). Delek US was incorporated in Delaware in 2001, and has been a listed company  on the New York Stock Exchange since its initial public offering in  2006 under the ticker symbol “DK”. Delek Group owns approximately 8 percent of Delek US’ outstanding common stock.

Delek US Holdings is an integrated downstream energy company with operations in three primary business segments: petroleum refining (Delek Refining, Inc.), marketing & supply (Delek Marketing & Supply, Inc,) and convenience store retailing (MAPCO Express, Inc.).

Delek US is headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee and employs more than 3,000 people across the eight states.

Niche Refining Operations
The Refining segment operates 140,000 barrels per day in combined production capacity at wholly-owned refineries in Tyler, Texas and El Dorado, Arkansas.

Steady Logistics Operations
The Marketing & Supply segment transports and sells refined products on a wholesale basis through company-owned and third-party operated terminals.

Regional Convenience Store Operations
The Retail segment markets gasoline, diesel and other refined products through a network of approximately 384 company-operated fuel and convenience stores located in seven states under a number of regional brands, including the MAPCO Express®, MAPCO Mart®, East Coast®, Fast Food and Fuel™, Favorite Markets®, Delta Express® and Discount Food Mart™ brand names.
