100% held by Delek Europe Chairman: Ilan Shaffir CEO: Boaz Chechik   As of October 2010 Delek Europe B.V has purchased the retail activity of BP France SA  mainly located in northern France (including Paris) and at the South Corridor, which includes 401 fuel stations, 356 convenience stores and 235 car wash facilities. The BP branded network consist of 55 fuel motorway stations, which are approximately 12% of all highway stations.  The marketing activities are carried out via several channels:   Fuel stations owned or leased for the long term and operated by Delek. Fuel stations owned or leased for the long term and operated by third parties.  Fuel stations owned or leased by third parties and operated by them.  The BP activity purchase also includes license for exclusive use of the BP brand and long term agreements of fuel cards usage. All sites are equipped with card payment facilities and Delek does issue a proprietary fuel card (Delek Card).   In addition, the company has two joint ventures located in France (Corsica and Lyon) that operates a storage location (21.5% and 50% of the shares respectively, and operates a storage facility in full ownership in the area of Paris.
